Helping busy people take care of their health sustainably

Hi! I'm James.Since 2021, I've been keeping busy people accountable daily to their ideal self-care habits.I've had my own battles with health issues, having been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at age 21.Through a combination of medical support, lifestyle changes and psychology, I am lucky enough to have been symptom-free for many years.

In addition to being a health coach I am also qualified in:

  • Jazz Saxophone - 4 year degree

  • Alexander Technique - 3 year full-time course

  • Wing Chun Kung Fu - 10 years training

  • Motivational Interviewing - 6 Week Course

  • Starting Strength Barbells - 2 year apprenticeship

Coaching

Daily Accountability

Accountability coaching is the most effective way to get into new habits. Being accountable to a real person (not AI) who understands you, is what really changes your choices day-to-day.I use a combination of the Ate app and weekly video calls via Google Meet.
