About me
Hi! I'm James.Since 2021, I've been keeping busy people accountable daily to their ideal self-care habits.I've had my own battles with health issues, having been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at age 21.Through a combination of medical support, lifestyle changes and psychology, I am lucky enough to have been symptom-free for many years.

Coaching
Accountability coaching is the most effective way to get into new habits. Being accountable to a real person (not AI) who understands you, is what really changes your choices day-to-day.I use a combination of the Ate app and weekly video calls via Google Meet.
